Dagan Kasavana

DAGAN T. KASAVANA

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As founder and CEO of Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Kasavana guides the strategic direction of the company, oversees capital investment across various countries and transaction types, and leads all other significant corporate initiatives. Mr. Kasavana founded PTI with a focus on transparent, mutually beneficial transactions with wireless site developers, owners, and other wireless infrastructure providers by means of development partnerships, mergers, or the sale of their assets.

Prior to founding Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Kasavana was senior vice president of mergers & acquisitions for Global Tower Partners from 2006 to 2013. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing all activities of mergers and acquisitions conducted in both the United States and Latin America, including the negotiation, closing, and integration of the acquisitions of thousands of towers and other wireless infrastructure. During his tenure, he played a key role in the growth of the company and oversaw more than $1.5 billion deployed towards the acquisition of wireless infrastructure.

Prior to GTP, Mr. Kasavana worked at Ernst & Young, LLP in auditing (1998-2004) and transaction advisory (2004-2006) services. He specialized in providing expertise to clients in the areas of technology, wireless infrastructure, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Mr. Kasavana graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Tim Culver

TIM CULVER

Executive Chairman

As Phoenix Tower International’s executive chairman and a member of the board of directors, Mr. Culver advises the CEO and board in all strategic mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Culver was previously the general counsel and senior legal advisor for Global Tower Partners from the time of its founding to its sale. Mr. Culver, along with Mr. Kasavana and other GTP team members, completed multiple bank and bond financings and strategic M&A. Furthermore, Mr. Culver and Mr. Kasavana oversaw the international expansion of GTP. Prior to his appointment at GTP, Mr. Culver was a partner in the real estate department of Edwards & Angell, LLP.

Mr. Culver is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Macalester College. He is a licensed attorney in New York and Massachusetts.

Natalya Kashirina

NATALYA V. KASHIRINA

Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions

Ms. Kashirina co-founded Phoenix Tower International along with Mr. Kasavana and oversees all merger and acquisition activities, including the negotiation, closing, and integration of all tower and land acquisitions, rooftop buyouts, and other strategic initiatives.

Ms. Kashirina previously worked at Global Tower Partners as a mergers and acquisitions analyst. She was responsible for the negotiation, diligence, closing and integration of various M&A transactions, managed key broker and seller relationships, and represented M&A initiatives at various conferences and trade shows. Ms. Kashirina also created and implemented diligence and integration processes and procedures and worked closely with the real estate division to oversee diligence and integration of acquired wireless income from real estate owners.

Ms. Kashirina graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and is a member of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).

Orlando Porras

ORLANDO A. PORRAS

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Porras leads and coordinates all financial and treasury functions for Phoenix Tower International, including the preparation of financial statements and other packages for investors, lenders, and management, tax filing, debt compliance, and reporting as well as management of the company’s cash flow and working capital needs.

Before joining PTI, Mr. Porras was a senior manager in transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young, LLP. In this role he served as project leader, providing advisory services on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of target companies throughout the Americas. Mr. Porras has extensive experience in buyouts of complex cross-border businesses, including transactions in 15 countries, with a focus on Latin America. He is well versed in roll-up strategies, carve-out transactions, and multinational organizations with significant cross-border issues. Mr. Porras has worked on more than 100 due diligence assignments in Latin America and the United States for investments ranging from $3 million to over $1 billion.

Mr. Porras also worked at KPMG and participated in domestic and international audit projects involving the completion of financial statement audits for various entities and multiple industries. He has experience in audits subject to SEC Rules and Regulations, client issues of SEC Forms 10-K, 10-K/A, 10-Q, and 8-K.

Mr. Porras graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner with over 15 years of accounting and business experience. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA), Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Shylesh Moras

SHYLESH MORAS

Vice President, Operations

Mr. Moras oversees the operations of Phoenix Tower International’s assets across the United States as well as Central and South America. He is responsible for new site development, collocations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, engineering services, and implementation of process- and cost-optimization programs. In addition to other key corporate initiatives, Mr. Moras supports the mergers & acquisitions process by conducting physical due diligence.

Prior to joining Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Moras was a principal with Morrison Hershfield Corporation (MHC) and the director of operations for the telecommunications division. In this role he was charged with the operational and financial management of a team of 75+ engineers, architects, project managers, construction managers, CAD designers, and support staff located in six offices engaged in the design and construction of wireless infrastructure facilities. Mr. Moras was responsible for the development of processes and resources, management of existing customers, and generation of new business. With over 14 years in the telecommunications industry, his knowledge ranges from tower engineering, cell site design, and construction management to project and program management. He has extensive experience providing technical due diligence services for acquisitions and acted as Morrison Hershfield’s lead technical advisor for several initiatives involving projects in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.

Mr. Moras graduated from McGill University and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering as well as a master’s degree in structural engineering.

Andre Robledo

ANDRE ROBLEDO

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Robledo is responsible for strategic business analysis, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions support, and other special projects.

Mr. Robledo was a director in the transaction advisory services group at RSM US, LLP prior to joining Phoenix Tower International. In this position Mr. Robledo was responsible for mergers and acquisitions advisory serving private equity and strategic buyers and led cross-border transactions, primarily in Latin America. Mr. Robledo provided advisory to executives entering Latin America markets for the first time and played a key role in valuation negotiations and assisting in the development of strategic plans.

Prior to joining RSM US, LLP Mr. Robledo was a senior financial analyst with the consumer products division of The Walt Disney Company. His responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation and financial reporting.

Mr. Robledo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. He is a certified public accountant with over 11 years of experience in accounting, business, and advisory services.
